Payment in Full In Advance Or At Event
1. For pre- registration, please print the attached show application form. The form can also be found at VillagesHonorFlight.org if you cannot print it from this website. Pre-Registration cost is $20.00.

2. Fill out the application and send your check to the address listed on the application.

3. If you not pre-registering you can pay at the show. Cost is $25.00

4. TVCAC members will meet at Brownwood Square on March 14, 2026 at 8:30 to organize our caravan to the show. Meeting location will be in the parking lot behind Gators Restaurant.

5. Our caravan will leave Brownwood at 9:15AM to head to the show location 6500 Powell Rd Wildwood.

6. Please wear your club shirts and bring your club placards if you have one.

7. Members who did not pre-register will pay at the show gate, $25.00.

8. Show time is 10:30 - 2pm. You are not required to stay for the entire show if you need to leave early.

9. There is no age restriction on the car you desire to bring to the show.

Registration cancellations will be accepted until Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 7:00 AM
Cancellation Policy:
TVCAC Event Cancellation Policy

1. This policy applies to any club event limited to a fixed number of member cars or when reservation for the event is required.

2. For each posted event there will be a cut off date for cancellations included within the posting. Members who need to cancel their registration are expected to return to the event posting and cancel their registration by the cutoff date.

3. In the event a member needs to cancel their registration after the cut off date, the member is responsible for contacting the event leader to inform the leader that the member will not be attending the event. This includes same day cancellations. Event leader contact information can be found in the Event description on the web site.

4. Attendance will be recorded at all events that require a certain number of cars or reservations.

5. Upon arrival at the event, members are responsible for checking in with the event leader.

6. Failure to check in with the event leader will cause the member to be listed as a no show.

7. Members who accumulate 3 no show marks from events in which they had registered in the current calendar year will be automatically placed on the waiting list for future registered events for the remainder of the calendar year and for the subsequent calendar year at Board discretion.
